Terms and Pricing Details
Premium Calculation
Premium space of 51–70 m² costs €700.
For areas over 70 m², the price is calculated at €10/m²:
• 80 m² — €800
• 100 m² — €1,000
• 120 m² — €1,200
Individual Views
The first view costs more because it includes building the entire 3D scene. A full package is more cost-effective than ordering the same number of views individually.
Small space: 1st view — €150
Medium space: 1st view — €200

Each additional view from a prepared scene — €60
4K & 6K Resolution
Entire package in 4K: +€50

The surcharge applies once to the entire package, not per image.
Revisions & Additional Work
Three rounds of minor revisions are included in each 3D visualization package, alongside free fixes for artist errors.
Additional revisions, major changes, design development, custom 3D modeling, and searching for complex models are billed separately — €35/hour.
The project category does not dictate the quality of the visualization. Photorealistic lighting, materials, textures, and detailing are executed with the same meticulous care for all spaces. The differences lie solely in the area, the number of included views, and the image resolution.
• A 40 m² kitchen-living room is calculated as one large package.
• A 60 m² apartment with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom is calculated as three separate spaces.
Calculation Examples
Small space (up to 10 m²): €300. This price already includes 4 views in Full HD resolution and 3 rounds of revisions.
Medium space (over 10 to 30 m²): €400. This price already includes 5 views in Full HD resolution and 3 rounds of revisions.
Large space (31–50 m²): €500. Includes 6 views in Full HD resolution. A 40 m² kitchen-living room is calculated as one large package.
Premium space (51–70 m²): €700. Includes 8 views. For areas over 70 m², calculation is €10/m² (e.g. 80 m² = €800, 100 m² = €1,000). A 60 m² apartment with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom is calculated as three separate spaces.
What is included in the price
Prices assume client provides floor plans/dimensions, design brief, references, and material/furniture info. Design concept creation from scratch is quoted separately.
Revision Rules & Extra Work
Three rounds of minor revisions are included in each 3D visualization package, along with free fixes for any artist errors.
What free revisions cover:
- •Free fix of artist errors (discrepancies with initial brief)
- •Minor material shade adjustments
- •Slight light brightness or color temp tweaks
- •Small relocation of an individual object
- •Minor replacement of a ready model without rebuilding scene
Billed separately (€35/hour):
- •Additional revisions beyond the three included rounds
- •Major wall layout or structural changes
- •Design concept development from scratch
- •Custom 3D modeling and complex model search
- •Adding new views or rooms after stage approval
Additional revisions beyond three rounds, major changes, design development, custom modeling, and complex model searching are billed separately at €35/hour and are always agreed in advance.
AI Animation & Video Content
Base rate applies when a ready concept, brief, renders, or source assets are provided. Developing a concept from scratch is quoted separately.
Videos longer than 60 seconds are quoted individually.

Payment Terms
75% — prepayment before starting work
25% — upon result approval, prior to full-res final files delivery
Work starts upon receipt of prepayment, brief, floor plans, and references. Before final payment, review renders are provided in lower resolution or watermarked. Final cost is fixed in a custom proposal before starting.
